Shipping Policy

·         Free Shipping in India:
We offer free shipping on all orders within India.

·         Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

·         Delivery Time:
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3-7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

·         Incorrect Address:
Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

·         Shipping Carrier:
We currently use India Post for shipping. After dispatch, you will receive tracking details to follow your order's journey.

·         No Shipping Charges for Individual Orders:
There are no additional shipping charges for individual orders within India.

·         Retail Orders:
For retail orders, shipping rates may be discussed personally based on your order requirements.

Return & Exchange Policy

·         No Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an item has been opened.

·         Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement (not an exchange) provided the following conditions are met:

·         Proof of Damage/Incorrect Item:
Please provide clear evidence (photos or videos) of the issue with the product. If you receive the wrong item, you may keep it, but we require sufficient proof for verification.
For damaged products, please record a video while unboxing to capture the condition of the product and packaging.

·         Replacement Process:
If all proof is in order, we will send you a replacement bottle. The replacement is subject to availability. We will not process exchanges; only replacements for damaged or incorrect items are allowed.

·         No Return on Discovery Packs:
Our Discovery Packs are non-returnable as they are meant to help you explore fragrances before committing to a full-sized bottle.

·         Handling Multiple Incidents:
If you report damaged or incorrect items more than three times, we may blacklist your account to maintain the integrity of our service.

Payments & Security

·         Secure Payment Gateway:

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway that uses SSL encryption for secure transactions.Your payment details are never stored by us, and your transactions are fully PCI-DSS compliant.

 

Additional Notes

·         Order Modifications:

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours. Any changes will incur a ₹20 modification fee. We cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after 24 hours.

 

·         No Cash on Delivery (COD):

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.
